Group Finance

The purpose of Group Finance is to manage financial communications from CIÉ to stakeholders;

Group Secretary

The Group Secretary is Secretary to the Board of CIÉ and Company Secretary of Iarnród Éireann. The function involves advising the Boards on governance and compliance matters, collating papers for Board meetings, attending and taking Minutes of those meetings and noting the decisions and resolutions passed by the Boards.
