CIÉ PTI Application

This form is used to submit your request for the CIÉ Privilege Ticket Identity Card. Please complete the below form and all required fields to submit your application to your local Human Resources team.

Please note that separate applications must be submitted for each person that a PTI is required for. If you have any issues applying and completing the form, contact your local HR team for assistance.

The initial section of the form is related to you, the person who is employed or retired from the CIÉ Group of Companies.

Card applicant details

Please select the user type i.e. who the PTI card application is being submitted for. You must ensure that the staff number and date of birth are entered correctly for successful submission.

Important: Please ensure when taking your photo the orientation must be in Landscape with the camera on the left  as shown below.

Photo Guidelines:

  • Clear and focused: The photo should be clear and focused, with no blur or pixelation.
  • Neutral background: The background should be plain and neutral, preferably light grey or white.
  • Recent: The photo should be a recent photo that accurately reflects your current appearance.

Important: The photo must be a full-face view, with your head and shoulders centred in the frame with minimum whitespace.
